Music Magpie has released two TV ads explaining that people can get rid of their junk and make money by using the company's services. In one of the spots, which were created by Albion, a man is about to watch TV when the brand’s mascot – a stuffed magpie – asks him in a Geordie accent whether he can have his old DVDs, phone, console and jeans. The man consents and the magpie disappears, but not before giving him a cheque. The work was created by Laura Muse and directed by Big Red Button through Moxie Pictures.
