Each quarter, the agency holds a "Bake Off" to reward the creator of the best cake, and last week's event scaled new heights of catering. Vying for spongy supremacy were the aptly named Jonathan Angel, who stuck to his guns and created an angel cake, and Steven Yip, who rebranded for the night as "Mr Yipling". It's unclear whether or not his skills stretched to an iced French fancy but, in any event, it wasn't enough, as Sarah Wild took the top prize for her cheesecake. Leaving Diary to ponder - is there really any baking involved in its creation?
