Marketing consultant Geoff Downer has joined Identex, the customer management solutions division of the The Computing Group, as a director. He joins from Alto, the consultancy division of Swetenhams and his earlier career in marketing solutions includes TSC Marketing Systems and Prime Response.

Downer's role at Identex will be to bridge the gap between recommendations at consultancy level and delivery of solutions at a practical level. He will also seek to establish realtionships with key players in the CRM sector.
