Barraclough Hall Woolston Gray has strengthened its planning department by appointing Alison Meredith head of planning. Reporting to Meredith are a three-strong team of planning directors, including the newly-appointed Stephen Bissett who joins from NBO Developments. Shona Forster who was previously head of planning has taken on the role of executive planning director and will focus on the development of the department to take into account new media and technological developments, as well as more traditional media.
