Joining from Discovery Networks, Dawkin-Jones will lead a 16-strong team responsible for the financial, legal and commercial management of the network's channel portfolio. He will report to John Keeling, the controller of UKTV Channels.
Dawkin-Jones worked at Discovery as a consultant and also as its vice-president, affiliate sales across Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
In this latter role, he managed an international team in six European offices and was responsible for implementing sales strategies for the network's five channels across the territory.
