Dickinson, who will split his time between London and Manchester, is charged with increasing the agency's new-business activity. His career spans 25 years in advertising, including stints at FCB, Leo Burnett, Lowe Howard-Spink, Ogilvy & Mather and, more recently, OMD, where he spent seven years.
