He joins from the McCann WorldGroup-owned digital agency Momentum, where he was the marketing director for Europe, the Middle East and Africa, responsible for new-business across 20 offices in 15 countries. He was previously the UK marketing director, during which time he was responsible for winning accounts such as BMW Mini, Bacardi and Microsoft.D'Arcy's early career includes stints as the new-business director at KLP Euro RSCG and Liquid Communications. In his new role, he will be responsible for ensuring the Iris offering is consistent across its offices in London, Manchester, New York and Singapore. He will also be responsible for building its presence in India, Germany and Miami.
