Mills takes on the role of senior vice-president and creative director, Nolan will be the vice-president and associate director of creative. The husband-and-wife team have worked together in UK advertising for 21 years and are highly regarded for their strong creative reputation. Their most recent posts were as the joint creative directors of Arc, where their work picked up a number of awards. Since leaving Arc last year, the team have taken some time out of the industry for personal reasons.
