The Movember Foundation has created an emotional film that features men reading their own, real suicide notes, written before they sought help for their depression.

The work encourages men to talk about their feelings and has been made in response to alarming statistics about male suicide. In the UK, 13 men a day take their own lives.

The film has been launched in time for World Suicide Prevention Day on 10 September.
