Move of the month: Stephen Bradley, Head of operations, Kreate

- How did you secure the role as inaugural head of operations?

It was a position created after we identified operations as a key area that Kreate can develop further. I was one of the people who identified this and wanted to ensure it was led in the best way possible.

- What experience will you bring?

I've been lucky enough to work for Kreate for seven years in various roles. I started in account management, then went out in the field as an event manager before returning to the office to concentrate on production. All of this has given me the experience needed to succeed in this new role.

- How will it differ from your old job?

My old role has simply developed and progressed into this new one. I am responsible for all the previous areas I was looking after, but now from a management point of view. I still hope, and intend, to get my hands dirty from time to time.

- Do you already have any plans for Kreate's operations?

I want to develop relationships with our suppliers to achieve the best results and value for money. Secondly, I plan to help the account management team in creating the best experiential activities. There are also plans to introduce a new journey-planning database.
