Mother snaps up star creative duo from Leo Burnett

SINGAPORE - Mother has snapped up two of Asia's young creative stars, Jon Loke and Victor Ng from Leo Burnett Singapore.

The duo will relocate to London in January. Ng, who is currently senior writer at Leo Burnett, and senior art director Loke, joined Burnett as a team from Publicis Singapore in 2000.

"It's a huge opportunity for us," said Loke, who added that Mother founder Mark Waites approached the team after seeing their work during the 2003 Creative Circle Awards judging.

The appointment follows that last month of Garbhan O'Bric, from from Rainey Kelly Campbell Roalfe/Y&R, as a strategy director. He joined the agency to work chiefly on the Boots account.
