US internet strategy company Modem Media has appointed Marc Particelli as chief executive officer, effective immediately.
LONDON (Brand Republic) – US internet strategy company Modem Media has appointed Marc Particelli as chief executive officer, effective immediately.
Particelli, who was a partner and managing director of private equity partnership Oak Hill Capital Partners, takes over from GM O’Connell, current CEO and co-founder of Modem, who remains its chairman.
Based in the state of Connecticut, Modem is 46% owned by True North Communications and has offices around the world.
