
This full-day event will take advantage of the nightclub's event spaces. Helping to bring The Guide to life the Ministry of Sound will provide the facilities for 80 delegates, high profile agencies and corporate buyers, and 40 suppliers and venues to meet and network.
Delegates will get to have between eight and ten one-to-one meetings with suppliers and venues they choose from the supplier list, in the venue's space.
In the four chapters from The Guide will be brought to life. There will be four topics with four experts panelists discussing the following four event sectors: corporate hospitality, Christmas parties, exhibitions and experiential. The panelists will be asked a number of questions by Event editor Jeremy King about each of the sectors, including how they will successfully work during the credit crunch and what are the latest trends in each of them.
To ensure delegates and suppiiers dont go hungry or thirsty there will be a showcase of culinary delights and drinks in the It will also provide an area for suppliers and delegates to chill out.
Another feature of the event will include an entertainment zone in the where a number of acts will be showcasing their skills and talents, while the new look will be transformed into a pampering area where guests will get to enjoy massages, manicures and make-up sessions.
