The firm will provide the power for lighing, sound, screens, follow spots and artist trailers for the event, a tribute to singer Jackson who died in 2009.
The show will feature international artists including the Black Eyed Peas, Jamie Foxx, Christina Aguilera, Gladys Knight, Smokey Robinson and the Jackson Brothers as well as UK stars like JLS and Pixie Lott.
The concert will be filmed in 3D and requires three megawatts of power, 15 tonnes of cable and over 500 metres of cable ramp.
