The Omnicom-owned media agency won the business following a competitive pitch against the incumbent MediaCom and other undisclosed agencies.
The pitch was launched in September after the merger of Russell Hobbs with Spectrum Brands, which has included Remington in its portfolio since 2003.
Robert Ffitch, managing director of Manning Gottlieb OMD, said: "Russell Hobbs and Remington are fantastic brands with strong heritage.
"We look forward to working in partnership with the Russell Hobbs/Remington team to develop creative media communications, which influence consumers and create a difference for Spectrum Brands' business."
Nikki McReynolds, UK marketing director for Spectrum, said: "We're very excited about the new appointment of Manning Gottlieb OMD and look forward to achieving even greater success for our brands with a new strategic and channel approach."
The Russell Hobbs brand was founded in 1952 and produces household appliances such as kettles and toasters. The Remington brand dates back to 1936 and includes hair dryers, straighteners, beard groomers and haircut kits.
Spectrum Brands' products are available in more than one million stores in over 120 countries around the world.
