Meteorite promotes Lumley to new client services director role

LONDON – Meteorite has promoted Marina Lumley to client services director, a new position reflecting the agency's recent growth.

Lumley joined Meteorite as client partner in 2002 and moves into her new role having headed up the team driving direct communication strategies for the agency's leisure clients including Costa Coffee, Brewers Fayre and Marriott Hotels.

Before joining Meteorite, Lumley was group account director at Carlson Marketing Group, where she specialised in relationship marketing projects including the customer communications programme for British Airways Executive Club.

According to Lumley, her new role within the agency is crucial.

"We are a growing agency that truly cares about its clients and this role is of paramount importance -- championing our clients' needs within the agency and ensuring these are understood and consistently and proactively met," she said.
