All of Meville's staff in the capital will now work from the venue, with the graphics staff moving from the West London office to join the rest of Melville's London workforce in Excel.
The move follows a ten-year preferred supplier deal between Melville and Excel's International Convention Centre for all new congresses.
Newly-refurbished offices on the dock edge will house 30 Melville staff and a graphics facility.
Andy Gibb, chief operating officer of Melville GES, said: "Once the opportunity to move into the venue presented itself, it was an easy decision to make. Being based at the venue will allow us to work closely with the Excel team, enabling us to deliver a coordinated approach with a focus on improving customer service."
James Mark, executive director of Excel, said: "Having the headquarters of a world-class supplier within our venue will offer significant service benefits to our customers."
