MediaVest wins £2m accounts

LONDON - MediaVest Manchester has picked up two accounts totalling nearly £2m.

The agency¹s digital unit MVi has landed the digital account for SeaFrance, the cross-Channel ferry operator from Mediaedge:cia. Last week, AW Media landed the company¹s offline media brief.

According to The Nielsen Company, SeaFrance spent £1.2m on media in 2008. MVi will assist SeaFrance with its CRM programme and improvements in the performance of its e-commerce website.


Separately, pharmaceutical company Galderma UK has appointed MediaVest to handle offline media for its over-the-counter fungal nail treatment Curanail. The incumbent on the account was AW Media. According to The Nielsen Company, Galderma spent £730,000 on media last year on marketing all of its products.
