The campaign, which is for the residential homes brand of Taylor Woodrow, follows a five-way pitch that included PHD Compass and Space and Time.
Manchester-based Mediacom North said the account win took the agency's total new business wins this year to over 拢16m.
The account, which was previously held by CLBM, is mostly based in the UK with a small proportion in Spain.
Mediacom North managing partner Declan McKenna said: "The Bryant鈥檚 win continues an excellent year for Mediacom North. We are very excited to get the chance of working with such an established name."
