The board, which will work closely with the existing executive board, comprises Julia Shepherd, consumer insight director; associate directors Andrew Cruse and Rossana Murphy; Marcus Lewis, press buying director, and John Marshall, marketing director. Meanwhile, head of new media Steve Buchanan has been promoted to the executive board as managing director of MediaCom Online.
Managing partner Paul Wheeler said: "This new structure will allow the main board to focus on the strategic development of the agency and ensures the agency's next generation is in place."
The agency has also recruited seven new staff members from both an agency and media owner background.
