
MediaCom has promoted Kate Rowlinson and Christine Fang to its global executive committee.
Rowlinson, who is managing director, worldwide hubs, has been appointed to the committee to help the business "build on already strong senior client stakeholder relationships" and improve solutions for clients. She will ensure MediaCom's hubs adhere to best-practice guidelines.
Global chief financial officer Fang, who has 20 years' experience in financial management and has recently joined MediaCom, previously worked at Group M in China.

Kate has been with us, cumulatively, for more than a decade and she has been instrumental in the growth of our and our clients’ businesses. "Christine, meanwhile, brings with her a lifetime’s experience in commercial leadership roles at both agencies and clients, and her knowledge and insights, specifically from a client perspective, will prove invaluable."
MediaCom has made a number of recent changes to its senior management. Last month, it made UK managing director Claudine Collins its first-ever chief client officer. Satin Reid, joint managing director at MediaCom in London, took on Collins' UK-wide role. Paul Cooper, managing director at MediaCom North, was handed an expanded role as chief operating officer of the regional office.
The company also appointed its first executive creative director, with former head of MediaCom Beyond Advertising Tom Curtis taking the role.
