MediaClash buys Bath digital agency

Customer publisher MediaClash has acquired Bath-based digital agency e-scape media for an undisclosed sum.

The company will form the basis of MediaClash's digital division and will have a strong cross-over with the customer publishing side of the business.

MediaClash chief executive Greg Ingham, a former chief executive of Future Publishing, said: "E-scape is a clever digital media agency that has an attractive blend of tech skills and commercial thinking."

The e-scape name will be phased out. MediaClash, which was formed last September, now has 50 staff and more than 20 digital clients, as well as six city magazines.
