Jack Winter has a passion for learning and inspiring people, which he attributes to having a father who worked as a teacher.
In his previous roles, he created an award-winning social campaign for Continental Tyres that boosted its World Cup sponsorship association by 54%, using live data and statistics to engage football fans. He also helped launch the Lego Star Wars sets, where he worked with specialists to create an interactive OOH media first that used motion tracking to build space ships.
More recently, Winter was involved in helping Japanese restaurant brand Wagamama increase its appeal to younger diners, with the launch of the UK's first Vegan Fish and Chips dish. Winter is keen to pass on his knowledge to others, having launched a YouTube channel called Media Impostor, with a single guiding thought: “What advice do I wish I'd been given?”
Colleagues singled out Winter’s enthusiasm for media and said he was already making a difference to the industry. Judges said Winter was a “talented individual” who had demonstrated “great thought leadership” and achieved good results.
