The commercial TV marketing body Thinkbox has appointed the sales director of Channel 4, Andy Barnes, as its new chairman. Barnes takes over from Justin Sampson, following his departure from ITV. ITV's sales managing director, Gary Digby, becomes the new ITV representative on the Thinkbox board.
