Media News: TVLowCost lines up all-in ad deal

Andrew Mitchell, the former chairman of ad shop Mitchell Patterson Grime Mitchell, has teamed up with Mediaedge:cia to launch an agency designed to attract new and lapsed advertisers back to TV.

TVLowCost claims it can get a brief on-air within eight weeks and is offering a media, creative and production package for £200,000.

Mitchell said the agency could create direct response and brand campaigns for advertisers with small budgets.

As well as using Mediaedge:cia for its media buying, TVLowCost is using the research company Ipsos and has a preferred partner deal with production company Space City.
