Using the tagline 'New star signing', the campaign aims to generate awareness of the European launch of the new shape Focus, which rolled out in the UK in January.
The campaign embraces broadcast sponsorship, stadium perimeter board signage, online activity, press advertising and consumer promotions.
The campaign breaks with the second legs of the first knockout stage of the competition on 8 and 9 March. Ford Focus will have half of all the stadia perimeter boards on those evenings.
The campaign will run throughout the remaining 12 matches, culminating with the cup final at the Ataturk Olympic Stadium in Istanbul, Turkey, on 25 May.
