Media: Harpers & Queen to be renamed Harper's Bazaar

Harpers & Queen is to be renamed Harper's Bazaar in a bid to lose its high-society image and turn it into a fashion glossy. The move, which will take effect from March 2006, is the latest in a series of changes in the past two years to The National Magazine Company title under the editorship of Lucy Yeomans. The Jennifer's Diary section, which chronicled upper-crust social events, was dropped last year.
