MEDIA CHOICE: Rebecca Beer, ±±¾©Èü³µpk10's editorial assistant, picks the shortest radio ad ever made - from Nintendo for its F-Zero game on Gameboy Advance, broadcast on Xfm

"The new Nintendo Gameboy radio spot is a first as it is just five

seconds long and runs at twice the speed of your regular radio spot.

Nintendo intended to run the ad with a variety of London stations but

the only one willing to break with its format and broadcast it was Xfm.

The spot takes its inspiration from the game it's advertising, in which

futuristic racing pods travel at 600kph. The ad is dramatic, fast and

actually quite funny and its placement on Xfm is ideal for the Gameboy

Advance target audience."
