Fox Kids Europe has appointed Sheldon Lazarus as head of its special programming department, responsible for the central development of entertainment programming for the broadcaster's European network of channels. He heads a team of three, and will develop global concepts to reflect local tastes and needs within each territory. Lazarus joins from TV production company Planet 24.
