At the same time, the carmaker has retained Universal McCann in Manchester to handle media on the business.
McCann held on to the business after a pitch involving Euro RSCG (which runs Peugeot's main above-the-line account), the Leeds-based Poulter Partners and Joshua.
The statutory review, which was conducted through the AAR, is the first since 1999.
Peugeot declined to comment on the reasons for the reappointments, although the substantial costs saved by keeping the creative and media tasks within McCann have been an influential factor in the past.
Peugeot has a network of 370 dealers and has expanded online to offer cars via links to dealers on its website.
The company is looking to improve its current performance in the UK, where sales in the year to April dropped 7.3 per cent to 63,958, according to the Society of Motor Manufacturers & Traders. Peugeot's market share fell from 7.6 per cent to 6.8 per cent over the same period.
