KBS&P president and chief executive Lori Senecal met with MDC chairman Miles Nadal "on an almost daily basis" during the two months before resigning to take on the role of chairman and chief executive of KBS&P, according to McCann.
McCann alleges that during that period, Senecal and Nadal discussed which clients and key McCann employees they could bring to KBS&P following her move, as well as disclosing confidential information about the agency.
A number of employees allegedly discussed include David Jenkins and Amy Hefti, who both resigned from McCann to move to MDC shortly after.
KBS&P has hit back at the accusations in a strongly worded statement, saying it would "vigorously defend" the "false and inaccurate" claims.
