
She will report to Matt Williams, the chief executive of Martin, and will start her new role in the summer.
Browne will work alongside Daniel Fisher, the executive creative director who joined Martin London last year from Adam & Eve/DDB.
During her time at 4Creative, Browne helped the team win its first-ever Bafta for a digital idea and developed 4NewsWall, which reports the news using gif files.
Browne was one of the winners at this year’s Women of Tomorrow Awards, the initiative organised by the IPA and ±±¾©Èü³µpk10.
Before joining the Channel 4 in-house creative agency in 2008, Browne worked at Abbott Mead Vickers BBDO for eight years and became a board account director there in 2006.
Martin London, which launched in June 2014, currently has eight employees. Its clients include Tetley and the WWF.
