
The suite will be open for two sessions, which will run respectively from 26-29 April, and 3-6 May. Guests are invited to challenge their tastebuds as they grow their understanding of cognac and embark on a journey of cognac discovery.
The Martell Suite will be a limited edition, ticketed experience which will be located in a hidden apartment within the Mondrian hotel. On entry, guests will receive a cognac-based Milk Punch before being introduced to a special gourmand serve. Visitors will then meet Matthias Lataille, Martell’s ambassador, who will lead a tutored tasting of the Martell higher style expressions.
A Martell bar can also be found at the hotel, having launched on 12 April. It serves a small selection of cocktails made by mixologists at the Mondrian's Dandelyan bar, each of which will illustrate that cognac doesn't have to be drunk neat. The cocktail menu will bring a modern and innovative twist to the drink, and will aim to showcase its versatility.
