It is the first time Mars has launched a powdered milkshake in the UK and will accompany the brand's existing range of ready-to-drink milk drinks, such as Mars Refuel.
The powdered milkshake will carry Mar's distinctive chocolate bar's colours and contain its chocolate, caramel and malt flavouring.
It also contains a red and white straw spelling out the word Mix to highlight the family positioning of the product.
Mars Milkshake Mix does not contain any artificial sweeteners, colours or preservatives.
It will be priced at £1.99 and is expected to be listed in all major supermarkets.
Mars has no immediate plans to accord the drink above-the-line support.
