ln a studio resembling Crufts, canine contenders were screen-tested for

the exacting role which the public can now enjoy in The Edge’s launch

campaign for Computeractive magazine.

has been specially trained by its owner to ... er ... perform as soon as

it hears the word ’earwig’ (it’s a strange world).

It has also emerged that the rampant canine is female and goes by the

name of Sophie. As Jeff Stark will testify, life in commercials

production is worse than a dog’s life, it’s a bitch.
