What is your greatest work achievement?
Working on the Nectar points deal for Macdonald Hotels that helped generate more than £1m of business for the company and, since I joined Chelsea Village, making an immediate impact on business revenues.
What would be your dream brand to work on and why?
Being in the leisure sector I really admire the marketing of Travel Inn, but my dream job would be to market David Beckham or Jonny Wilkinson. Do I need to explain why?
What would you do if you were not in marketing?
Like a lot of people, I would like to think I had a book in me, so being an author would be nice. Failing that, probably a teacher.
Which is the best agency that you have worked with?
I really enjoy working with River Design, and Alphabet is charming and very good creatively.
What is the best part of your job?
As a football fan it's nice that I get to talk about football all day and get paid for the pleasure.
What is the worst part of your job?
Getting ridiculed for being a Spurs fan from my Chelsea-supporting colleagues in the marketing department.
What has been your most embarrassing mistake?
Spelling Windsor incorrectly in a brochure for a hotel.
What has been your best work-related trip?
I never get to go anywhere exciting - just Stamford Bridge. But I did sit next to Sven-Goran Eriksson recently.
Who is the business person you most admire and why?
Richard Branson for his fantastic brand-building powers.
