'Get fit to apply', developed by twentysix London, is an interactive service designed to encourage potential recruits to prepare themselves physically and mentally for initial selection.

The training tool, which has been developed in partnership with the Commando Training Centre (CTC) and the Institute of Naval Medicine, is also aimed at general consumers interested in improving their fitness.

'Get fit to apply' includes video presentations by the CTC's chief physical training instructor.
