Blue Moon Café will be located in the stadium’s City Square and the menu is being devised alongside City of Manchester’s celebrity chef John Benson Smith.
Dishes will be made from ingredients locally sourced with traditional favourites including sausage rolls, pork pies and onion bhajis.
Pierre White said: "The food off the pitch should be as inspiring as the football on it."
Blue Moon Café will be open in time for Manchester City’s first home game with Liverpool on 23 August.
