Emma Perkins, executive creative director of the agency’s advertising arm and creative lead for MullenLowe Open, the activation boutique, is leaving after two years to become The Lego Group’s EMEA creative director.

Meanwhile, Eloise Smith [below], executive creative director at digital agency MullenLowe Profero, has left after three years without a job to go to.

Perkins and Smith’s departures follow those in recent months of chief creative officer Dave Henderson and executive creative director Richard Denney

José Miguel Sokoloff, global president of MullenLowe’s creative council, relocated from Colombia and replaced Henderson as London creative chief.
