The contract covers malls at Bluewater in Kent, Touchwood in Solihull, Overgate in Dundee and the new venue of Golden Square in Warrington.
Maiden's previous five-year contract with the group covered 166 six-sheet panels across three centres, compared with the new deal of 271 panels across four centres.
The contract, handled on behalf of Lend Lease by The Outdoor Media Consultancy, is expected to generate revenues of £22.5m.
The group is looking to influence consumer buying though new formats and designs for its outdoor ads.
David Purgh, managing director of Maiden, said: "Maiden has established a strong position in the retail arena and we have re-signed the contract with Lend Lease on extended terms."
The group recently revealed it is set to invest £9m in its transport, billboard and retail estates and reported 2004 pre-tax profits of £900,000.
It is also due to take on Viacom Outdoor and JCDecaux in a 10-way pitch for the contract to sell ad space on the London Underground, Docklands Light Railway and Victoria Coach Station.
