The venues that make up the M61 Meetings Group have announced a combined investment of 拢6.5m to modernise facilities across the 13-strong portfolio.
The Marriot Worsley Park Hotel will spend 拢2.5m on its facilities, while the Holiday Inn Preston invested 拢2m on a new meeting and training complex, an executive boardroom and mini gym.
The Holiday Inn Bolton recently spent 拢1m on a refurbishment while the rest of the group is investing in Wi-fi capabilities and general refurbishments.
