Lurpak launches on-pack prize draw offering luxury breaks

LONDON - Lurpak is launching on an on-pack campaign offering consumers the chance to win luxury weekend breaks in the UK.

The promotion,  supports the brand's Saturday is Breakfast Day positioning, is set to run on 25m packs with one weekend break available to win each week.

Consumers will be able to enter the by typing in a unique on-pack code on the inside of the tub. The campaign will run until the end of May.

The prize will include two nights accomodation at a 'boutique hotel', £100 spending money and dinner with wine. Additionally 20 runners-up will win a copy of AA Gill's Breakfast at the Wolsey.

Lurpak brand manager Charlotte Buswell said: "Our latest media campaign is all about celebrating the pleasure of a leisurely weekend breakfast, so what better theme for our on-pack support than a weekend away in a luxury hotel."

Lurpak launched its weekend break campaign, featuring a voice over from actor Rutger Hauer, last month. The ad was created by Wieden & Kennedy.
