The acquisition ramps up Loewy's branding capabilities and brings its total headcount to 400. Projected revenues now stand at £39m for 2008 and is a key step in Loewy's strategy towards building a company with £100m revenues over the next three years.
This acquisition is Loewy's sixth investment since it announced its expansion plans. include communications businesses The Team, WMH, Epoch Design, Mantra PR, and Seymour Powell.

Prior to the acquisition, Branded had already worked with a number of Loewy operating companies on projects spanning employee engagement, marketing communications through to PR and digital projects.

It is expected that Branded will relocate to Loewy's office in Pimlico at the end of the year.
