LNER, the new east coast main line operator, has released a heartwarming ad that brings together unexpected characters on a train journey home.

The campaign celebrates the broad tapestry of modern British train travel, aiming to be both eclectic and relatable. It was created by Conrad Swanston and Alex Bingham, and directed by Andreas Nilsson through Biscuit Filmworks.
