Mitchell, who has previously worked for MemberWorks and Sitel, joins with immediate effect and will coordinate projects for The Listening Company across sites in Portsmouth and Richmond-upon-Thames. The company currently employs more than 750 people and works for clients such as Microsoft, Oxfam and Bupa.
The company has been the fastest-growing call centre business over the last three years, and provides business-to-business and business-to-consumer telesales, customer service and active CRM.
Neville Upton, chief executive of The Listening Company, said: "Customer service is now the key differentiator for most businesses and we aim to help our clients better understand what this involves. Lisa will be working with a number of our clients helping them manage their prospects through the buying process."
