Line Up has been contracted to stage manage the official announcement of the 2009 British and Irish Lions rugby squad on 21 April, taking place at the Sofitel Hotel at Heathrow T5.
Line Up will organise the set design, staging, lighting and sound for the event.
The agency will also provide audio feeds for more than 200 assembled media, including host broadcaster Sky Sports, which will transmit live broadcasts throughout the day.
The announcement will be made by head coach Ian McGeechan, who will name the team captain and the full squad.
