Levi's launches vote to pick Superbowl ad

NEW YORK - Levi Strauss is to make advertising history by allowing the American public to vote on which new Levi's Jeans commercial will air during Super Bowl XXXVI in February.

The Levi's "SuperVote" marks the first time that the public have been offered the chance to take part in such an event. Each commercial will be shown on the SuperVote micro-site in its 30-second entirety.

The public will be able to choose from three executions including two new ads, "crazy legs" and "up & down". The third will be "bull," one of the brand's most successful recent spots.

The winning commercial will be aired during the second quarter of the big game. Voters will also have the opportunity to enter a special draw to win Levi's products.
