Leonardo snaps up hard reality as digital division

Leo Burnett Group UK has acquired digital consultancy hard reality,

providing the agency with its first wholly-owned digital resource.



The company will merge hard reality with its direct agency, Leonardo

which now offers digital, direct and data as its core services.



It will operate under the name of Leonardo and existing partner Steve

Barton becomes CEO. The management line-up will also include partners

Chris Cunnane and Gary Sharpen with the addition of Gabriel Ratcliffe

and Mark Westall of hard reality.



The merged operation will have 40 employees with combined billings

expected to be in the region of pounds 30 million.
