Leith loses Hotpoint business to Burnett

Indesit, the white goods manufacturer, is moving its £2 million UK Hotpoint business out of Leith London and into Leo Burnett.

The shift is part of a continuing pan-European alignment of the whole business out of local agencies and into the Leo Burnett network.

The business will be run out of the company's Milan office. It will work closely with Leo Burnett London to create a pan-European creative strategy.

Local Leo Burnett offices will handle the country-by-country adaptations.

A spokesman for Indesit said: "The Indesit company has moved the UK creative account for Hotpoint to Burnett as part of the streamlining of our global ad business."
