Touted as the UK's biggest immersive Lego experience, the event will include more than three million bricks, which when stacked up would tower over The Shard 93 times.
The event space will include a number of zones. Attendees can dance alongside 'Lego Friends' at the themed Dance Zone, meanwhile at the Lego Mindstorms area budding builders can expect to learn about the figurine and receive tips on how to construct their own creations.
The Fan Zone will feature builders from across the world, who will display their Lego masterpieces including rockets, London landmarks, scenes from Jurassic Park, football stadiums, skyscrapers and mosaics.
Over at the Bright Bricks area visitors will be able to view life-sized Lego creations of animals including a woolly mammoth and sabre-tooth tiger, as well as ships such as the Titanic at the Bricks In Motion display.
Lego versions of famous characters including Hagrid from Harry Potter, the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and the Avenger’s Hulkbuster character, which at eight-feet tall took six professional builders more than 960 hours to assemble, will also be on display.
The venue will host the first Lego League workshops, which combine science, technology and Lego, meanwhile the Movie Zone will screen a selection of Lego films and cartoons.
There will also be opportunities to meet Lego professionals and preview the brand’s latest product offerings in time for Christmas, including its new Star Wars range.
Brick Off events, which put individuals’ building skills to the test, will be held throughout the three days, and there will even be opportunities to take part in a Guinness World Record attempt.
